Rev. Dr. Germany E. Bennett Jr.
Chief Executive Officer

Rev. Bennett enlisted in the USMC after High School and was educated in Business Management at Detroit College of Business in the 80's while working for General Motors. After heeding God's call to ministry, he advanced his knowledge and skill sets through the years taking classes in leadership, accounting and counseling. In 2005 he and his wife founded True Oracles of God Ministry and led the church to financial freedom by obtaining a 10 unit apartment to offset declining tithes because of the economic recession and maintain and fuel the existing ministry projects. He has served in many official capacities on boards of various organizations since 1991. He also co-founded/owns Bennett Homes along with his wife Kimberly Bennett. Together they built an elderly and special needs housing business that grew to over 30 houses at its peak. Pastor Bennett... experienced in activism, lobbying and public relations as well as mediation and negotiating contracts.

Rev. Bennett reports to the Board of Directors and has overall strategic and operational responsibility for
for The Atmosphere pf Praise Ministries staff/volunteers, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. He will initially develop a deep knowledge of the field, core programs, operations, and business plans. He will ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals. He will actively engage and energize our volunteers, board members, event committees, alumni, partnering organizations, and funders. Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors; serve as ex-officio of each committee; seek and build board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local operations as well as proposed future national rollout, His experience inlaying, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performance senior management team. He will ensure effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate program components, to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the board, funders, and other constituents.

As an experienced communicator he will expand local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and proposed future regional expansion while simultaneously retiring any established debt. He will deepen and refine all aspects of communications-from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand and use his external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities.

Kimberly Bennett

Kimberly Bennett brings over 20 years experience as Co-Founder/Owner and Operations Manager of Bennett Homes (Bennett Home Care, Bennett Care LLC and Newport Family Home) an independent and special needs housing company that provides quality housing and assistance to its residents, She has oversight of services and provisions that improves the quality housing and assistance to its residents. She has oversight of services and provisions that improves the quality of life of the individuals, is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Bennett Homes. She is Co-Founder and Chairperson of Trustee Board of True Oracles of God Ministries who assists in ensuring fiscal responsibility in income and expenses of the church. She successfully developed and implemented programs that provided free food and clothing services as well as an after school youth mentoring and homework clinic. As COO she is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs. She will lead our directors of proposed programs that has and are being developed for the communities we serve. She is responsible to review and access ongoing basis services being offered and develop new programs as needs emerge. She is responsible for all activities pertaining to licensure, human rights, personnel, finance, and contracts, She will inform the chief executive officer, and ultimately the board of directors of all programs issues and accomplishments.

She will partner with her peers-the chief financial officer and the directors of human resources, information technology, quality improvement, and corporate communications while also being responsible for all program planning, organizing, operating, and staffing. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program aspects of the annual budget in conjunction with the chief financial officer and CEO. She is responsible for ensuring that The Atmosphere of Praise Ministries services are in compliance with all federal, state, funding, and city regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements. Finally, she will assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and implementing public andprivate fund-raising initiatives.
